Transporting our own bait from trappers and fisheries in Minnesota, allows us to have the freshest bait possible. We also can supply and transport large quantities of several types of game fish for stocking of private ponds.

Perhaps what most sets the Crazy Minnow Co. aside from other area stores selling bait and tackle is information. We pay close attention what our customers saying about their catches and what baits are working best, so that we can pass that information on to less experienced or less frequent fishermen. All of us here at the Crazy Minnow Co. are fishermen and know the lake well. Of course, we can sell you a lake map and point out areas that have been producing best. We want you to catch fish because it makes for satisfied repeat customers.

The Crazy Minnow Co. has the honor of being the host bait shop for both the Clear Lake Classic and the I.O.W.A. walleye tournaments, both held in May each year. Entry forms and details for both of these tournaments are available at our store. Please note applications for the Classic tournament are not available until Feb. 1^st each year.
